Terrible carriers!
Vehicle left Johannesburg, car had 60k km normal wear and tear on paint, sun visor was broken on delivery, car was purchased from Webuycars, so had a 360 degree interior photo of the vehicle showing no damage to the sun visor, they weren’t willing to pay for the repairs, and it became my problem even with all the proof

09 Nov 2021, 07:20Only issue was sun visor and photos provided proof that it was pre-existing defect due to wear and tear, not Carrier related damage. This happens when you buy a vehicle over the internet without properly inspecting it. I wish you well.
