TAC Will Damage your Vehicle

We booked TAC to deliver our 1963 Land Rover to Amanzimtoti from Mossel Bay. After paying the fee we waited and waited. When I phoned them they had no idea when a truck would be allocated to deliver our vehicle. I also asked that we be called when it was to be loaded so I could send a responsible person was there to ensure smooth loading. No such call came. We were then told that our vehicle was a 'non runner' and could'nt be loaded. Not true, we drove the vehicle from Dana Bay to Mossel Bay Toyota perfectly. It was left in perfect condition.<br> Somewhere between Mossel Bay and PE they managed to smash our vehicle so badly the roof was lifting off. Windscreen smashed and doors damaged. To name just a few of the damages we could list. The driver loading the vehicle in the PE depot said that it had been covered in plastic. He also battled to load it as it was now extensively damaged.<br> When iT reached Toti were horrified to see the damage done to our vehicle. And the current licence disc had also been ******!<br> <br> We have just been told that our vehicle was not in good condition when they loaded it and therefore are not liable for any claim! They do not care ! DISGUSTING COMPANY!!
