Repeatedly damage vehicles that they transport!

My brand new Ford Ranger was damaged by TAC carriers while being delivered to me, a result of "driver negligence". It then took over a month before I got delivery of the car - no courtesy vehicle given by TAC. Two months later I then purchase a new Renault Duster for my wife. This car also incidentally delivered by the car dealership to us using TAC, and AGAIN damaged in transit by their driver! The management then refuse to supply a courtesy vehicle as it's "not their policy". Apparently repeatedly damaging the vehicles they transport is the only thing that's policy for them...
