LATE/NO DELIVERY OF MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR

I purchased my new Clio IV Dynamique from Renault Bryanston, and the salesman Abbie Legodi arranged for the car to be loaded onto the trucks from To Anywhere Carriers (TAC) on Friday 22 May, where it would arrive in DBN on 26/27 May. When my parents went to enquire on 27 May from the receiving depot of TAC on 27 May as to why the car hadn't arrived yet, they were told that my car had not as yet left the JHB depot. I then called Abbie, who told me the driver got lost, but told me he was assured by TAC that the car was leaving JHB Wed evening, and would definitely be in DBN by Fri 22 May. On Fri when my mom called Abbie, he told her that TAC said that the truck with my car had broken down in Harrismith, but a replacement truck was on the way to take over, and would be here in DBN latest Sat 30 May at 10am. I then arrived in DBN on Saturday morning, and was told different stories: The principal dealer from Renault said TAC told him the car was in the Free State at 9am, the drivers of the trucks themselves said the car was in Heidelburg, and the main guy from TAC Depot DBN said the car only left Midrand at 12pm on Sat 30 May. All I know is don't rely on TAC, I still don't have my car.
