Damage in transit, they call it ''repudiated''

Dropped off a newly re sprayed car to be transported between JHB and PE.

Photos were taken at drop off by us, inspection form done by their staff and noted, scratch on the chrome nudge bar and 2 dents on rear bumper, form signed and stamped by them.

Car arrives in PE with various scratches and marks, car was obviously driven into something looking at the severity of the damage on the front side bumper.

Same story, damage forms compared, differences noted, form signed off by their staff as well as me the collector and I was told to contact their claims department.

I did so, over a 2 week process after being handed from Faith Khumbula to Marius van Zyl they finally say that this claim is past after me contacting them, I only ever got responses from them after at least 1 follow up with no urgency their side.

Their response was short to the point labeling this case ''repudiated'', saying that the marks can polish out and that I must bring the car back for an inspection if I feel so or I should contact my insurance. They suggested I polish the damage on my bumper, which was on the bare fabric, somehow thats gonna make the paint come back.

Overall damage on 7 spots of the car over about 5 panels and multiple chips to the bare metal on the entire bonnet, this car was just resprayed.
