Damage Denial

Very disappointed with the service received from TAC - To Anywhere Carriers! We have been using this company for years to deliver our vehicles nationwide and never had an issue until recently! A vehicle was damaged between the JHB and Belville Depo in CPT. After waiting three months for a collection check sheet i could finally prove to them that the damages on the vehicle were not stated on the collection check sheet and that TAC is liable for the damages which they still do not want to take responsibility for, even the driver that picked up the vehicle confirmed that the damages on the vehicle were not there when he picked the vehicle up from us! It took 4 months to date to get an answer from someone regarding this issue and a disappointing one at that! TAC does not offer service levels beyond expectations and market Standards as advertised, actually the opposite! It takes them weeks to reply to emails and no one is ever available to take phone calls! As mentioned it took three months just to get a check sheet that had been requested in November 2023. To anyone looking to make use of TAC services, please use at own risk and take note that you will be liable for damages caused by TAC.
