This people are ****** that Faith Khumbuza girl. I transported my car with them with no scratches. When the car arrived in Durban its had scratches, I sent an email to them requesting a claim she said shes doing a follow up to tell me the car was damaged and fabricated the departure inspection form and told me they will not pay. Please don't transport your car with these ******.

19 Apr 2021, 14:51Forms are not fabricated. When a vehicle is collected an inspection is done with damages annotated and signed for by the person who handed the vehicle to TAC. It is this form that reflected the damage and as such the damage is classified as being in existence when the vehicle came to TAC.
