Broken back Windscreen - no update nor progress.

Vehicle back Windscreen broken on transportation from Jo'burg to Bellville. No update, let alone communication. I was advised that I was going to be contacted early last week. Now it's after two weeks, still no communication.

This window can fall off anytime from now.
