TnTrade Service - Excellent people to deal with.

Good day. We bought a Candy washing/dryer machine from a certain retail company, which supp**** us with a 6 month warrantee. After 6 months and 2 days, the machine unfortunately failed and the company didn't want to help us. They said I must contact the company who is selling the product through their online platfrom. I phoned Francois Brits from TnTrade and he gave me their email address and said I must forward all relevant documentation to Lee-Anne of TnTrade. Wow. We got wonderful service from TnTrade. I filled in the documents and they tried to get a service technician in our region to fix the problem. As their was no service technician available close by, and they understood that my wife is now washing the clothes by hand, they supp**** us with a brand new Candy washer/dryer. Exactly the same module. They even renewed the warrantee to three years again as it is a new machine. To TnTrade Service. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts. It was excellent service from you, all while being friendly and professional. To everyone out there. If you have to deal with TnTrade service, do NOT worry. You are in good hands.
