possible ****** cars and lies

I purchased a MK1 ABF turbo golf from TNT racing in Midrand on the 14 August 2017, it was promised to me in showroom and immaculate condition . It arrived with me 2 days later and in a state of disrepair , mechanical issues like clutch broken , turbo was leaking , leaking oil all over , rusted , smoking and not driveable .It was sold as an ABF motor , which it is not . i contacted MT Allijan the owner of TNT racing who refused to refund me but agreed to give me R7000 , he has sent me **** proof of payments and messed me around with lies since then . The car is not in his name and he refuses to present an ID copy of the registered owner . i have messages , pictures and proof of all of the above. The emails i receive have ranged from i am busy to i was injured by a sheep to i am in hospital from said sheep/then motorbike accident .
