Inconsistent legal services.

I had a labour issue with Amazon, where I worked. As an FNB law on call client, I was prompted to go see TNK attorneys in Wynberg, where I met with an Ashleigh Youle, an associate. She didn't show much confidence and experience, as she told me that she needed to further consult with a more senior member on this matter. This was in September 2019, when I just left Amazon. I saw her in an hour and hald consultation. She then sent me an e-mail paraphrasing the content of the consultation. I never heard of her again. I began calling her, always being told that shes in court, or just stepped out, same old excuses that was too fami****. Eventually when I got her in she promised to call back, but did not. All I wanted was to be communicated with, but she frustrated me over a period of three months. I complained to FNB law on call, who sent her a request for a report back. I also called one of the owners and senior associated, AK, who came up wiith a load of excuses protecting Ashleigh, asking me in October to be patient, as they are looking for merit in an open and shut case. I called him again about 3 weeks later, where he was on his way to JHB, and had no time to talk. When I called Ashleigh again, no response. Again. Eventually after FNB law and call corresponded with Ashleigh, she promised a report. I got mailed into the thread, for the first time. (08 November 2019) When I asked Ashleigh why she did not correspond with me regarding MY matter, (when she finally responded to my e-mail), she said that I was listed into the mail with FNB Loc. Wow, imagine that, only after complaints mailing me in, and only once after three months. I sent her a disaatisfaction e-mail, to date no response either. Blatant arrogance from people who believe that they are above others. I called AK on November 27, who politely told me that I am one of many clients that they have, and if I have complaints against them, just one in many who has complaints, as if to say that they don't need their clients, we need them. His arrogance, and intolerance clearly shows their attitude towards the public at large. Ultimately, after three months, for a labour issue which may now prescribe at the CCMA, they sent a merit report stating that they cannot find merit in my case. Now the CCMA may tell me that there is prescription on this matter. I will never recommend using these people for their services to anybody. They are sluggish, and if there are any good reports coming from their clients, it will be that few who they actually corresponded with. 0/10 for Ashleigh Youles service. Maybe she should go study people s****s.
