TNJ MOVERS

On 5 March I used TNJ movers for a relocation from Kathu to Bela-Bela.I spoke to Chantelle. The truck was to arrive at 08:00. It only arrived at 18:00!!the trailer that was on the truck letterly fell apart.They started to load my stuff without any bubble wrap that was arranged and pre paid. The truck was to small after a inventory was provided. My stuff was stacked on each other and a third of my belongings had to stay in Kathu because they could not get it on the truck. Upon offloading in Bela-Bela there were a lot of damages. My furniture was badly damaged.I spoke to Chantelle who spoke to Chris pen, and a lot of promises were made to get someone to repair the damages. I stayed in contact with them and a lot of promises were made but nothing happened. Yesterday I spoke again to Crispen and he said that he sold the truck to Chantelle and it was no longer his problem. So what now??
