Hannes Peyper

Unfortunately we have fallen victim to the gentleman by the name of Hannes Peyper *** of TNH Construction Polokwane. Hannes quoted us for repair on our awning roof to replace lauvre panels. Immediately after quoting us a payment of the deposit of R14000.00 was paid over 17/11/2023 with the balance of R4000.00 paid on the 28/11/2023. Hannes has done no work besides removing the panels to measure and put them back in Dec of 2023 which we had to request because it was taking long to deliver the panels which he made clear he had ordered. Since then we struggled to get hold of him, eventually when we did at the end of January 2024 he would make appointments to come and count & measure panels(yet he had done this already and quoted us on 18 panels) but always has an excuse why he can never come. I got hold of his facebook page of which his wife rep**** after requesting an alternative number for Hannes, she responded that she would get Hannes to contact us. Not long after that the facebook page was deleted. We requested a refund from Hannes as he took our money and now says he cannot get the panels months later. He is refusing to refund us our money. I don't know what type of business man quotes on item and cannot render the service after taking a clients money. I am appauled that such people have no skin on their face to ***** from other people or apologise and refund if you had made a mistake by taking on the job you could not complete.
