Candy vacuum cleaner

I recently purchased a Candy vacuum cleaner and needed a backup drive belt and filter. Service is non existend as there is no ways in getting hold of anyone to provide required service. The Candy address is given as Candy with tel # 10 ***. They will inform you that they don't deal with spares and refer you to a number in Kroonstad. There is no way in hell that this sole owners can be contacted to lodge a complaint or require about anything other than a office lady if you lucky. I've been waiting for spares now for over a week without any success. If I new what I know now I would never have purchased a Candy product. Be aware people, unless you like corresponding via email only. The quoted number is *** but they are only available on Saturdays as they are forever taking stock during the week.
