Disappointed and disgusted - Did not return money.

I moved back from Doha and needed assistance with my cargo when it reached. We had to pay the fees, and this gentleman Thabelo ***ner) from TMT assisted me, he informed that I paid to much as some of the fees were paid by my previous employer. It's now. Almost a year and still he didn't pay that money back. At the beginning he said they will pay, then later he just ignored my messages. Just want to warn people of this company, there is no ethics nor respect to their clients. Really bad and very disappointing.
