shocking costly construction service - TMT Construction

Beware of Alex Yardeni - trades under different companies. Did some work in the complex and it was a disaster. Did not oversee work, did not deliver, did not respond to calls for meetings and then tried asking for more money with excuses. Delivered (or non-delivered) on tiling project over 6months late. We are now having to call in other contractors to redo his work at massive expense. Involved our managing agents and the only solution would be a very expensive and long court case and we need the funds to fix the mess he made. We walked away but feel others should at least be warned.
