TMS the mag specialist Centurion

<p>I took my car to TMS the mag specialist on 05 June 2017 for my left mag to be straightened as they were damaged by portholes after authorisation was granted by my insurance. After that I took my car for wheel alignment on the 15th of June 2017 to Tiger wheel and tyre in Centurion. It was discovered that the rims where not fixed. I informed them immediately via sms and even send them a video I took from tiger wheel and tyre as evidence. Going back to them on Saturday they indicated that the rims were fixed when they release my car on the 5th of June 2017. Maybe I hit a porthole again as they cannot release a car like that. I told them that that is way impossible for one to damage two rims form both sides which were supposed to be fixed by them. If it was one of the rims out would have made sense to me. As well, what came out on Saturday as well is that the weight on the rims are not theirs and tiger wheel and tyre confirmed that these are their weight. Hence my conclusion was that they did not fix my rims.</p> <p> </p> <p>I might not be the first one client to experience this. By the look if things TMS the mag specialist did not do a proper job or nothing has been done at all t fox my rims.</p> <p><br />As of now I need to take my car somewhere to be fixed. The payment in this regard will be out of my pocket as TMS the mag specialist suggested that I pay again for them to fixing of my rims. <br /><br /></p> <p> </p>
