Chere Mann - TMS Property Management is useless

Chere Mann, Owner of TMS Property Management is useless, I wont even give her one star. After 2 years of messing up our levy account payments we finally decided to give them notice. Chere Mann cant even get the hand over to our new managing agent right. Looking for a new managing agent, TMS is definitely not one to consider
