WORST STUDENT ACCOMODATION IN HATFIELD!

WORST STUDENT ACCOMMODATION IN HATFIELD!!! The management in this building is so poor and disgusting. The receptionists are rude (including Lucia). The manager, Tsholofelo Seeletse is so rude to students and parents when they raise issues they are facing which are supposed to be fixed or escalated by her. There is never hot water in the building, constant Wi-Fi issues which take hours/days to get resolved and one would have to constantly manually reconnect to the Wi-Fi every few minutes. Staff is exploited and overworked as they each perform 3-4 roles on a low salary. The beds are too small and the building is FULL of ****roaches!!! Maintenance issues are often attended to weeks after being reported.
