Tmm lofts Potchefstroom

The security guards, maintainance/cleaning team and the building itself are amazing. The office staff however extremely rude to the point that u can't overlook it.

They have no social skills whatsoever and they act like we forced them to be there everyday. My advice? Train those people even if its a facade they need to learn manners and social skills.

Alot of first years including myself are leaving next yr becos of them and them alone. Tmm is hardly ever a first choice for people which is just extremely sad becos the place itself is a good place to live very quiet very convenient.

But becos of 2 people who would rather die than crack a smile and actually talk like humans the beauty of this place is overlooked.

So many students are complaining abt the same 2 people! WE ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. Young as we may be we are legal adults and deserve to be treated as such. Not as kids by people a few yrs older than us. No.

If by some miracle they do not work here anymore next yr someone come back to this comment and tell me cos I actually like the place.
