No visitors allowed

TMM Lofts does not allow a tenant to have visitors until February but you have paid rent for January and February. The administration staff say they don't allow visitors because they haven't sorted out their administration duties accordingly which is really not my problem. My use and enjoyment of the space I have a right to be in is being hindered by people who didn't do their job efficiently.

Which is very unfair. They don't even mention this clause in the contract you sign. They just spring it up on you when you have been staying on the property for a week and would like to have a friend over.

Completely unprofessional. Not happy with Huurkor and their disappointing efforts of managing this property.
