Don't Expect Your Deposit Back

Management is poor. I had to deal with an unprofessional level of rudeness from the building management. My flat had items that were damaged before I moved in and even though I noted it on the moving in inspection form they still tried to deduct thousands of rands from my deposit. The amount of run around you'll get from that building is unbelievable. When it is you who needs them to refund money or fix something they will ignore emails and hang up phone calls. My gate was jamming in March and I reported it in March. Many months later when I moved out the gate still hadn't been fixed.
