Disgusting behaviour from the manager

I have experienced consistent rudeness from the manager without any apparent reason. Furthermore, there have been instances where the manager entered my room without my presence, creating an invasion of privacy. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the disappearance of my clothing from my room. Despite initially letting it slide, I was shocked to discover the missing clothes, including my Fila sneakers, in a dirty condition upon my return to TMM Lofts in November. To this date, my sneakers remain missing, causing significant distress.

I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction and advise fellow students to exercise caution when considering TMM Lofts Hatfield. The manager's actions, potentially involving theft, raise serious concerns, especially since they hold spare keys to residents' rooms.

Moreover, the persistent issue with the malfunctioning wifi is inconvenient and disrupts the overall living experience. It is disheartening to encounter wifi problems on a monthly basis. Additionally, the consistent lack of hot water throughout winter adds to the discomfort faced by residents.
