BAD & WORSE MANAGEMENT TEAM

TMM Lofts Potchefstroom -Very unprofessional and Rude Management especially the blonde hair lady who claims to be the Manager of the accommodation. We Had the worst customer service ever! they don't have patience for clients and no respect at all, all they care about is your money. I don't recommend any student to book in that resident. Imagen travelling from far just to get bad service. What a waste of energy and time. Their system is outdated, the student made an application on the 25th of January, but they accepted a selection of lease from the 15th of January, why is there no option that will reject that application and recommend a new available date, yet you charge penalty from the 15th while I made application on the 25th. How do you expect someone who app**** on the 25th of January to move in on the 15th of January, does that even make sense? What a day light *******, and for that matter they refused to refund me. I wonder why NSFAS even gave them accreditation because they don't deserve it. They turned back a lot of clients in a very rude manner that day. What is so difficult to make your customer understand your process instead of saying you don't have time to entertain people, why do you own a business if you don't have time for people in your hand.
