Pathetic service <3

I wish I could give this business zero stars. The lack of professionalism displayed by their "agent" Evelyn was shocking. She was the realtor of the property I had been interested in , hence I was forced to liase with her . An appointment for the viewing of the property was made on Thursday for Sunday @ 11h00. Saturday afternoon she contacts me via WhatsApp to ask if I am still viewing the property to which I respond yes however she does not bother to reply nor send me any information about the location of the property. Today at 10.08am , roughly an hour before the viewing , as I am making my way to the area the property is in (with no proper directions) I received a message saying that the owner doesn't want people to view the property on Sundays . How *********** can an "agent" be , was there no correspondence with the owner prior to today ? A waste of my time and petrol . I proceeded to call her and ask her if it was possible to convince the owner to make an exception, she just made false reassuring statements such as "she will get back to me soon" and guess what she never did . Despite me messaging her once more after the call.
