Terrible business with bad customer service

I ordered beds from them and workmanship was very bad. I requested them to be fixed and they fixed one and we agreed that rhey take the other one and refund me. I have not received my refund. They do not answer my calls anymore when I follow up. They fetched the bed on the 4th of October and still have no refunded me. They ignore me on social media and just do not take my calls. Terrible business with bad customer service.
