Ran off with my Money
Appointed Mark Cicatello of TMC accounting to sort out my TAX returns. After one year and numerous payments, I found out that the returns were incorrectly submitted. After discussing this with Mark, he promised to sort it out. That was the last I heard of him. Tried getting hold of him for two months afterwards but he did not answer my calls or return my messages or emails. I have not received any refunds from them thus far.
