Order not received

This is the worst company one can buy from. I bought something from them on the 31st May 2019 and I still have not received the product as of yet. They don't have even have a contact number or email address that you can use to contact them. Even the ticket system they are using is useless. Tried it twice already and I still have not heard from them as of yet. This is frustrating because it seems like I wasted my money.
