TMAGS Properties (Pty) Ltd operating as Flexi Muscles Ignored My Cancellation, delivered Anyway, they ignore my emails and calls

I ordered a product from TMAGS Properties (Pty) Ltd operating as Flexi Muscles and cancelled my order before it was shipped. Despite my cancellation email, Lwazi Nkabane from TMAGS Properties (Pty) Ltd sent the product anyway.

Since then, I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via email (***) and WhatsApp (+***4), but received no response. The number does not seem to work, and my emails go unanswered.

I will return the product to their listed address: 9 Estoril Road, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, 7441, hopefully that is where they operate indeed. I want my money back after receipt of their product.

I’m sharing my experience so others are aware, this company ignores cancellation requests and customer communication.
