Incompetency and Bad service
<p>Around may <span style="background-color: #f3a8a3;">I</span> went to TMA Auto Clean to get a quotation for some repairs on my car </p> <p>They gave me R6800 quotation and did advise that it was for just the back side where the car was badly damaged </p> <p>I stayed for about 5 months later I went back because I had claimed for a third party liability when I went in October the 5th they told me the quote I had expired so they needed to re-quote me, so I decided to get a quote for the full car not just the back bumper I white gentlemen assisted me and I pointed out all the places I needed Fixed they guy gave me quote of total price R23,173 I was ok with it knowing my car will be fixed by professional and properly fix I went back on the 7th of October to drop off the car with the full cash amount IO had problems when I got there as well they told me the amount was only for the back bumper and nothing else I had to fight about that and they gave me a new quote telling me they will fix the whole car with that same amount for 3 weeks I kept on following up they would tell me storied no proper feedback on the car on friday of the 4th of November tey told me I can come fetch the car after a long struggle I to call them and tell them i will come on Monday they said ok I went on Monday the 7th only to fnd my car not completed everything was repaired Instead on replaced like it said on the quotation my car looked even worse the owner said he will make sure all is rectified by Wenesday I want half of my money back because they are lyinng nothing was replaced and are ***** I told the owner I need everything done on wenesday if not I wil get my lawyers involved and will expose them for the ***** that they are.</p>
