****py Service Received

I took my car for a full valet at TMA Auto Clean yesterday before 10h00 and I asked to collect it at 16h00 latest 16h30. I received a called from someone at the car wash around 15h43 and I was told that the car was not ready. I told that person that I expect my car to be ready when I fetch it at 17h00. When I got to TMA at 17h00 the car was dripping wet inside and the outside was not even washed. This was such as incovinience as I got so late to pick up my child from creche and had to reschedule my whole calendar today as I need to take my car back. They The manager apologised but I think for R500 they should offer a far better service and not pass the buck. I am really disappointed in this company.
