******* mechanic who switches parts

<p>Hi my name is Cleopas. My mom brought my Nissan NP200 for key replacement at TM NISSAN groblersdal more than 4 weeks ago. Yesterday my mom went to dealer to check on the progress of the car was told that the car computer box is not responding to the key codes and they will request new ones from Nissan SA. She told the mechanic that was explaining the problem to her that he should try sort out the problem as soon as possible as she is using the car for business. Miraculously today the mechanic calls my mom with no + ********** 0319 to inform her that the car is sorted because he took out a part from another car and put it there so he wants my mom to pay him R1500 for his ******** acts. I called my spares manager at the dealership today 28/10/2016 to inform him of this situation he told me to just ignore it. I told him he said my mom can come pick up the car today. I am now worried about the safety of my car and other people's car because it seems this guys is used to this acts. Please enquire about this from the spares manager and see if he will acknowledge this problem. Their no is ********** 061</p>
