Really appalling service to regular customer

Having bought 3 suits in the last 12 months from TM Lewin, I was really disappointed at the recent experience with TM Lewin. i had bought a suit from the Jermyn Street branch on Wednesday 6 January. The employee helping me promised me it would be delivered to the Strand branch by Friday, since it needed some tailoring and needed it for a function on Sunday. Arriving at the Strand branch on Friday, there was only a pair of trousers. Numerous phone calls lasting till 8pm, I eventually found out the jacket was not sent with the trousers to the Strand branch. <br> <br> The manager on duty. Richard, promised me this will be rectified and the full suit will be at the Regent Street branch on Satueday by 10:30am.<br> <br> Travelling all the way to Regent Street branch, only to get there at 11 and there is no suit to be seen, I then phoned TM Lewin Jermyn again, and took me a while to figure out with a new manager on duty, that the suit was not sent as promised by 1030. I eventually had to go back and pick up the suit after 2pm.<br> <br> I am really disappointed at the poor service to a regular customer.
