False sales poeple

I visited the store together with my wife at Pavillion centre to look for a jacket for a function. Looking at the price range I told the sales person I will never pay those amounts for a jacket. the sales person then said I have jackets for R1000-00 and showed me one. I fitted it and said we will first have a look at Edgars as they seem to form part of the same store. The price ranges at Edgars between R1200-00 and and R1600-00. We then decided to rather go back to the store and purchased and paid the jacket. When we have received the statement for this month we noticed that we been charged R3999-00 for the jacket. The jacket been hanging since bought and only tags loosened and removed we gone back to the store on 01/07/18 as I have said from start will not pay that for a jacket and not what we been told by the sales person when bought. We received no positive outcome in this regard at the store. they taken the jacket the slip of purchase and details and that's it. the point just if I did not want to pay that huge amount in the beginning why would I go back to pay such an amount if I could have paid less at Edgars and I believe been taken for a ride by this sales person to reach his target for the month.
