Double Charged

I went into the Rosebank Store to buy shirts. They swiped my card but the register did not print a receipt. I was told that the initial transaction had reversed and was then asked to present my card again. Both charges have gone off my card account and not a peep has been heard from the store even after they promised to call me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 4 days but no luck - you dial the number *** and all you get is \The subscriber you have dialled is not available at present"- how convenient. Now I have to take valuable weekend time to sort this out assuming the store hasn't closed down in the past few days."""
