Unpaid refund

I returned goods on the 11/11/2019 to TM Lewin in Rosebank and was told I will get my refund in 24 hours, 7 days later I made a follow up it was on the 18/11/19 I was told to send my bank statement as the sales person insisted that the store has reversed the payment.

Today on the 25/11/2019 I go to the store to enquire about the progress I am told head office is still busy with the matter.

Please I need assistance
