Worst service ever!!!! Would not buy from or use them ever again

<p>I asked them to repair my TV in April. Wanted a call out fee before they came which I paid. Still did not come. When I called I was told that I had not paid. Mind you had sent proof of pamyent to Sagree. Eventually they came as I had to resend proof of payment.</p> <p>They then told me that they needed to take it to their worksop. It was supposed to be picked up on the 6th of April but was picked up on the 20th of May. There was no feedback. I again called Sagree who told me they did not have parts and asked why is this then not commuicated to me. She apologized and promised that if they do not get parts by the 27th of May, my TV will be returned to me.</p> <p>There has been no call nor email from them as to whether they were able to source parts or not. My TV has also not been returned. Have dealt with TM Electronics before but this service is uphauling. Its the old model TV and if they do not take those in, could have simply said so</p> <p> </p>
