WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

Firstly, if I was not compelled to give a star I would have rated it ZERO. We purchased a 58" 4k UHD 2020 model TU7000 tv in December 2020. The tv is under a 2 year warranty. On the 10/12/21 the screen stopped responding. It kept rebooting continuously. We called the store we purchased the tv from, the store reverted us to the Samsung repair agents which are T.M Electronics Samsung Authorised Customer Service & Repair Centre. A technician came out on the 15/12/21 to assess the tv and said the LCD screen needs replacement which will take 1 week to get the part from Jhb as we live in Dbn. A week passed, no contact was made with us. We had to continuously contact them only to be given the run around then saying the part has to come from Korea, also saying it will take 2-3 weeks, another excuse is they don't even know themselves how long it will actually take. Today I spoke to a lady by the name of Annie at T.M Electronics Samsung Authorised Customer Service & Repair Centre which is assigned to our issue. I was astounded by the attitude and arrogance of this woman with such atrocious behaviour and poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted by her etiquette as she cut the call on me during mid conversation! We as the customer that invested thousands of Rands on a Samsung tv expected a reliable tv and a good after sales service only to be told by the *********** staff that they don't even know when our tv will be fixed and give us the run around. I cannot fathom how the LCD screen of a brand new 2020 model high end tv fails even without excessive use. I would not recommend buying a Samsung tv to anyone. One would expect Samsung to be reliable but I was wrong. Now we are stuck with a blank screen which cannot be used for the rest of the holidays! And the customer service from T.M Electronics Samsung Authorised Customer Service & Repair Centre leave us guessing as to when it can be repaired, making us to be the problem. Such pathetic and rude customer service. Extremely disappointed with the product and customer service!
