TM Electronics Bad Service

Took my washing machine in. Need to pay R300 upfront for them just to quote. 4 days with no word so I call them for update. They say they will call back in 5 minutes. No call after 2 hours so I call again. No one in workshop will take my call. Call back again 2 hours later, again no one in workshop to take my call. Most useless service. Then get sent email quote with no call or apology for rude service. Wire is very expensive. Do not trust them to do the repairs now I must forfeit the R300. They make money for nothing
