Samsung brand has gone from great to worse..!!

I bought a Samsung A1 last year August and shockingly the phone just stop working without any alert and bare in mind that its broke or stopped working in less than a year and my husband which I bought the phone for was taking a very good care of this fone and he is not somebody that go on whatsup or even using the phone that much(except receiving calls and that's that)...luckily my husband kept all document for the phone as well as a till slip, we then took it to Makro store in Amanzimtoti where we bought this Phone and they confirmed that Yes Phone is still under Warranty and they will book it in for repairs at Samsung, I don't know then how did the phone ended up at TM Electronics(these big *****)... and gues what today(30 Aug 2017) my husband received a call from one the gentlemen who work for repairs @ TM Electronics Spring field in Durban telling him that they will NOT fix the phone because the phone was tempered with which is a big lie why would we temper with a fone which is still under warranty for what reason we wouldn't follow the right channels to get the fone fixed especially its still under warranty like I've been doing with my S4 and my S7 edge that I had we don't know for what reason also we would lie , he failed to answer that one ..the phone is still under warranty and broke less than a year we bought it my heart is sore because most of our brand in our house are for Samsung I mean TV, Fridge , Micro our fone tablet Laptops we strongly believed in them I mean if this is what we going to experience or be treated at the end ..its quiet shocking and am starting to hate everything about this brand now( I hate lies ). I want Samsung to provide me with proof of this and fix the phone for us...we have been their loyal customer to their brands God knows for how many years.
