Poor service

Bad service I had a problem with my Samsung fridge and I've phoned them and they charge R550 call out fee they diagnose the problem and promise to fix it and was told to deposit half the amount they charge of which i did, when they came to replace the damaged part found out they ordered the wrong one, a week later i phoned them and was told that they don't have that part any more they will refund back my money and i send them my banking details on the 30th of June till to date i didn't get my refund
