PATHETIC SERVICE FROM: TM ELECTRONICS - Samsung care centre

The lady that took my call documented the information of my tv incorrectly. My tv channels were not changing, she listed the tv as not working. The technician came out and said the tv needs to be taken and a board is needed for the tv. The cost was R500 to repair (as mentioned by the lady) however the collection itself was only R500. I did not give the tv as this was not the agreement. The technician also wanted to collect the tv without even having checked it - I believe it’s because it’s the only way of generating a cost. The service, communication and professionalism was absolutely poor.
