Pathetic and disgusting service TM Electronics

<p>A reputable and a multi million rand company like Samsung is getting their name dragged through the mud because of poor service rendered by the staff of TM Elelctronics who samsung trusted to act on their behalf. My samsung S5 galaxy mysteriously went missing since in went into the care of TM electronics around the 12 of April 2016. The phone was picked up by the driver Reeza and handed to the ladies in the office for repairs, which apparently was denied by the lady. Guess what after a week and constantly enquiring I was told the phone was missing. I spoke to the man second in charge Hemi and he advised there was no pick up note and the phone was not registered on the system therefore he cannot be held liable. Long story short , Hemi, IF MY PHONE WAS WITH YOUR DRIVER AND HE WORKS FOR TM ELECTRONICS YOU GUYS ARE LIABLE FOR MY PHONE, IT WAS IN YOUR DRIVERS POSESSION AND SURELY THERE IS INSURANCE TO COVER THIS. Abdool as the director had sad excuses and does not want to investigate all he ever says there are discrepancies.All this is not my problem, you guys are taking forerver to source the phone beacuse the driver is now liable to pay, and as for the driver he cannot even afford to pay for my phone and i was told to have patience, i mean ***, the phone is lost no one wants to accept responsibility and I must have patience. You guys need to go on a course on how to deal with customers and treat your customer like KING. After a dozen of calls made by me and my husband,which by the way no calls are ever returned by TM electronics, I still sit without a phone,which is almost a month and still paying for a contract. Samsung your after sales service stinks. This for sure will be spoken about to every family and friend.If i am not taken seriously I will go the legal way.</p> <p> </p>
