Extremely disappointing service

Just wanted to say how disappointed I am with the service I received from this branch. It took over a week only for someone to tell me I need to phone the call centre in Jhb to have the call logged there, although I had a job number already. Totally unacceptable. The hand does not know what the feet are doing. No-one talks to each other in this branch. ****** time wasters.
