Bad Attitude

I contacted Samsung to find out who could repair my TV set that is out of warranty, they referred me to TM Electronics who I contacted telephonically. I explained the problem to the lady who answered the phone, she then spoke to someone close to her who said it could be fixed and offered to have a technician come out at a cost of R325 to quote. I agreed to this. The technician duly arrived and wanted to take the TV back to the work shop to quote. This is not what I was told on the phone, I could drive my own TV to their workshop for a quote which is then an additional R170!! When I queried why I was charged a call out fee for nothing Segri got aggressive on the phone and just kept arguing about how I would get my TV fixed!! She missed the whole question I asked. Good representation for Samsung.
