My Experience with T.M. Electronics: Concerns About Reliability and Honesty

Extremely troubling experience with T.M Electronics. On 9 June 2021, Intergrisure assigned your company to collect my television, laptop, decoder, and home theatre system for assessment. To this day, I have not received my belongings back. After following up, I was informed that my items were ****** while in T.M Electronics' possession. Despite this, your company failed to notify me of the incident or provide any resolution. I have also been made aware that T.M Electronics received compensation for this loss, yet no effort has been made to contact or compensate me as the rightful owner of the items. Intergrisure has since emailed T.M Electronics, instructing you to contact me by 13 December 2024 to resolve this issue. However, it appears that T.M Electronics does not consider this matter a priority. While your company has been paid out for the loss, I am still left without my belongings or compensation, which is entirely unacceptable. This lack of communication, accountability, and disregard for my situation is highly distressing and deeply unprofessional. Your actions—or lack thereof—amount to nothing less than theft, given the circumstances. I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide a resolution immediately.
