Motor car mechanic work shop

<p>I took my car there, gearbox problems. No communication on status of my car. I had to make the follow up phone calls. After they checked the car to see what the problems are, again I had to call them to find out what the problem is. The the lady, Lindie, who communicates about the car, not the mechanic himself, told me big problems, they gear box is messed up. </p> <p>After I called her, she informed me between R6000-R8000 to fix my car. The need a deposit of R4000 to continue the work. </p> <p>Keep in mind, I have been taking my car to them for the last 4 years, and I have referred a lot of people to them and businesses.</p> <p>I paid a deposit of R3000, thinking that is adequate enough to fix the car.</p> <p>AGAIN I had to follow up on the progress of the car's work.</p> <p>Finally 3 days later, I get a text, no phone call, to pick up car, but have to pay R2695 before they can release the vehicle. I went to pick up the car, no sign of her or the mechanic, I showed my proof of payment, and drove the car 5km back to my work.</p> <p>WELL, 1 hour later, when I was getting ready to leave work, the gears got stuck again, engine made a worst noise, it did not make before, and the car broke down in the parking lot of my work.</p> <p>I called them, it was now 5:30pm no answer, for I do have their cell nr. - no answer.</p> <p>I left 2 voicemails that my car broke down. they did not call me back.</p> <p>Next morning I called at 8am, Lindie answered, and said:</p> <p>"Yes Caren', she said very offish.</p> <p>"Lindie dis you get me voicemails about the car', I said in a very calm diplomatic voice.</p> <p>"Oh yes, what happened,' she said in very monotone voice.</p> <p>I told her exactly what happened and said they need to come tow my car and get it fixed, I am not happy and now I have a problem.</p> <p>I am a woman, and cannot drive a car that can break down any minute, NOW it is putting my LIFE in danger if I break down next to the road from work. I work late often and drives home in the dark.</p> <p>I asked her if there are problems, she said YES.</p> <p>I asked what problems, and she said it's personal.</p> <p>They will come get my car Monday morning.</p> <p>Now Monday morning and no word from them.</p> <p>I would like my money back all of it, so I can get my car fixed.</p> <p>PLEASE do not deal with these people, there are some serious issues here and I think they might be closing their doors. </p> <p>When people avoid your calls, and DONT call you back, it gives one enough reason to believe they DONT have good INTENSIONS.</p> <p>There phone number is ********** Lady name3 is Lindie</p> <p>Company: TLV Motors - Carlswald, Midrand</p> <p> </p>
