Car service refund

Do not trust them. I have taken my car there for service and light replacement. I had to pay a huge deposit and paid full amount on collection but no light. So they said they will let me know as soon as light is there. 2 months later no light. I asked for a refund. no reply no answer no nothing. Would not ever answer the phone when I phoned in. it took me 25 days pf trying and asking and nagging and still no reply. Until my brother phoned them on another line. then only did I get my money and not all of it
