Water tarrifs

My main concern is about the water tariffs . When are they going to give us back the normal amount of water it has been raining a lot and I believe the dam is almost full not worthy to get 1300litters of water for R50. When i used to 4800. For the same amount. What is stopping them to change back the way it was. We can't keep on paying such amount of water when others are actually getting it for free. I don't mind paying for it but it must be within reason.
