Tlokwe License Department - no one to take your money!

In Potchefstroom you can only renew your license at the License Department. The building is rather out of town, on the way to Klerksdorp. On my visit there yesterday at 11:00 there were quite a few clients and only one cashier. When she finished with the client she left. I left at 12:00 without any cashier returning. There were many staff moving in the offices and at one stage there were three staff members at the computer of one of the cashiers. but no one attended to the clients. Service that no one can complain of because there is no service. The Province deserves to receive no license money!
